Keto Halloumi Zucchini Burgers



These low-carb Keto Halloumi Zucchini Burgers are tasty and filling for vegetarians. Using grated zucchini and Halloumi cheese together makes a burger patty that is juicy, hearty, and full of flavor and nutrients.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large zucchinis, grated
  • 200g Halloumi cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, grated Halloumi cheese, minced garlic, almond flour, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed

Form the mixture into burger patties

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat

Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy

Serve hot with your favorite keto-friendly toppings
