Grilled Avocado Hummus Guacamole



Elevate your guacamole game with the smoky flavor of grilled avocados and the creamy goodness of hummus. This Grilled Avocado Hummus Guacamole is a perfect dip for parties or a tasty snack any time.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

Take the pits out of the avocados and cut them in half

Add some olive oil to the avocado halves and place them on the grill

Cook for two to three minutes on each side, or until grill marks show

Take the avocados off the grill and give them a minute or two to cool down

Take the grilled avocado flesh out of the shell and mash it with a fork or potato masher in a bowl

In a bowl, mix together mashed avocado, diced red onion, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, and lime juice

Make sure that everything is well mixed

Add salt and pepper to taste in the guacamole

Your Grilled Avocado Hummus Guacamole can be eaten with tortilla chips or as a dip for vegetables
