Turquoise Pops



Blueberries add a natural sweetness to turquoise pops that make them taste great. Adding coconut water gives them a tropical taste and makes them a great treat for summer.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Popsicle molds

Instructions:

In a blender, combine blueberries, coconut water, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt

Blend until smooth

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds

Insert popsicle sticks into the molds

Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid

To remove the popsicles from the molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull the sticks
