Turkey Spinach Sliders
These Turkey Spinach Sliders are a healthier alternative to traditional beef sliders. Packed with lean ground turkey and nutritious spinach, they are perfect for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns
- Toppings of your choice lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, red onion, red bell pepper, minced garlic, and egg
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste
Form the mixture into small slider-sized patties
Preheat a grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil it to prevent sticking
Cook the turkey spinach sliders for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and have a nice golden crust
Toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster for a minute or until they are lightly browned
Assemble the sliders with your choice of toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, and cheese
Serve hot and enjoy!
