Strawberry Shortcake Bars Brownie



A delightful fusion of brownie and strawberry shortcake flavors, these bars are perfect for any occasion. The combination of fresh strawberries, sweet jam, and white chocolate chips creates a scrumptious treat that will surely satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

A 9x9-inch baking pan should be greased

Melt the butter and add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl

To the mix, add flour, salt, and baking powder

Mix everything together well

Once the baking pan is ready, spread half of the batter into it

Spread strawberry jam all over the batter in a thin layer

On top of the jam layer, put white chocolate chips and chopped strawberries

Add spoonfuls of the rest of the batter on top of the layer of strawberries and chocolate chips

Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown

Let it cool all the way down before cutting it into bars
