Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh fish fillets
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions:

To make the marinade, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper in a bowl

The fish fillets should be broken up into small pieces that are easy to eat

Make sure the fish has a lot of sauce on it

Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to soak up the flavors

Put vegetable oil in a pan and heat it over medium-high heat

About 3 to 4 minutes on each side, cook the fish pieces that have been marinated until they are done and have a nice char

You can warm the flour tortillas up in a dry pan or the microwave for 20 seconds

To make the tacos, put some shredded lettuce on each tortilla and then add the tandoori fish pieces

Add slices of tomato, red onion, and fresh cilantro on top

Add lime wedges to the tandoori fish tacos to make them look nice

Enjoy your tasty tacos with an Indian twist!
