Peppermint Mousse Parfait



A tasty and cool peppermint mousse parfait with layers of smooth white chocolate and Greek yogurt, and chocolate cookie crumbs and crushed peppermint candies on top. Great for a holiday dessert!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs

Instructions:

In a saucepan, heat 1/2 cup of heavy cream until it simmers

Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips, stirring until smooth

Stir in peppermint extract and let the mixture cool to room temperature

In a separate bowl, whip the remaining 1 cup of heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form

Gently fold the white chocolate mixture into the whipped cream until well combined

Fold in crushed peppermint candies and Greek yogurt

In serving glasses, layer the peppermint mousse with chocolate cookie crumbs, starting with the mousse as the bottom layer

Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a sprinkle of crushed peppermint candies on top

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving

Serve chilled and enjoy the festive Peppermint Mousse Parfait!
